  • Brush: Semogue 1800
  • Razor: Weck Hair Shaper
  • Blade: Kismet Rostfrei
  • Lather: Declaration Grooming - Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli
  • Post Shave: Declaration Grooming - Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli Splash
  • Fragrance: Chatillon Lux - Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli EdP

Last shave before the crazy days start. I’ve gotten my soaps down now except wildcard Wednesday, but it will depend on how some challenges go for what I use. I’m definitely calling this brush broken in now. Pre shave gave it a good look over to see how much splitting, and I think it has more split ends than unsplit now. Very soft brush now that is probably comparable to a Cashmere synthetic. The Weck behaved well again, and it will make another appearance next month. I grabbed my set of YRP because it will not be making an appearance at least as a soap next month. This is one of my favorite patchouli forward scents because the yuzu and rose keep it from taking over. Because I was surprised how Shag soap smelled so strongly of patchouli, but faded quite a bit for me when hydrated, u/tsrblke sent me a sample of the splash to really drive it home. We’ll see how that turns out for me.
